Withdrawal / cancellation form

If you are an EU consumer and you wish to withdraw from a qualifying direct web purchase (paid through Stripe), you can use the form below. It emails your withdrawal to us at hello@aurenix-cl.com; we send an acknowledgement on receipt and refund any amount due without undue delay.

Note: this is different from simply cancelling a subscription’s future renewals. Purchases made in the Apple App Store or Google Play must use Apple’s or Google’s refund routes instead. Where you expressly agreed to immediate performance and the digital content has been fully supplied, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply - see the Terms, section 11.
